Issue under Windows N

Windows N is a special edition allowing only software from the Windows Store. It aims to be more secure.

Screenpresso runs in a compatibility mode but it internaly uses FFmpeg software for the video.

If you have the error "The code execution cannot proceed because MFPlat.DLL was not found", please install Media Feature Pack.
